The Black Friday sale applies only to orders placed during the promotional period.
Discounts cannot be added to past or future orders.
2. Linen Sign Orders
All linen sign purchases made during the sale must be submitted for printing within 3 months of the purchase date.
If the design is not submitted within 3 months, the order will be cancelled and the sale discount will no longer apply. A new purchase will be required at full price.
3. Production Timeline
Christmas closure applies from 19 December to 5 January.
No production, printing, or dispatch will take place during this period.
Production will resume on 6 January.
4. Christmas Cut Off
To receive your order before Christmas, you must place your order and submit your design by 5 December.
Orders placed after this date will be produced once the studio reopens on 6 January.
5. General
Sale prices apply to the product cost only. Shipping is charged at the standard rate.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on sale items.
